Draft Beers

Lagunitas Czech Pils
The only Lager made by Lagunitas. The Czech Pils is brewed with
loads of imported Saaz hops and a bottom-fermenting yeast strain
that leaves it a bit lighter with a lot of smoothishness.
6% abv $5

Port Brewing Company Mongo Double IPA
There is a massive, almost unmistakable resinous aroma
in the beer created by the judicious use of Columbus,
Amarillo and Cascade hops which weave in and out of what
little malt you can taste. On the palate, it is medium to
full bodied, yet remarkably easy to drink. Finishes dry
with some malted barley sweetness.
8.5% ABV ~ $7

Shallow Grave Porter
Shallow Grave Porter is dark as night, perfect for a cool evening
out in the woods. This a big, dark ale with a complex and rich
chocolate and caramel malt character followed by a touch of warmth
and light malt sweetness, leaving you ready for more after each shovelful.
You will love this so much you won’t have time to dig a six-footer,
so make it a Shallow Grave. We’re sure you’ll dig it.
7% ABV ~ $6

12 oz. Bottles

Stella Artois $4
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale $4
Stone I.P.A. $4
Hoegaarden $5
Budweiser $3
Bud Light $3
St. Pauli Girl Non Alcoholic $4

Large Format

Dupont Monk's Stout
750 ml - Monk’s Stout has an intense black coffee aroma with a fine bitterness.
It is light, almost astringent on the tongue – like strong iced espresso. It
finishes with a wonderful attack of deep roasted almost charred malt that is
bracing and refreshing without the slightest trace of heaviness. Stout lovers
expecting a gentler roasted malt quality or a sweet, lactose roundness that
lingers on the palate will find Monk’s Stout surprising, if not challenging.
750ml 5.2% ABV ~ $19

Chimay Premiere (Red)
750 ml ~ This dubbel is dark brown in colour and has a sweet, fruity
aroma. The malt in this beer has a nutty character that goes well with
the hints of pepper from the house yeast
7.0% ABV ~ $17

Green Flash Imperial IPA
22 oz ~ A Classic west coast double ipa, you will find plenty of citrusy
tangerine and grapefruit on the nose with subtle floral and pine notes.
Citrus and Piney hops dominate the palate with a malty, caramel backbone,
and candied lemon and more hops on the finish.
9.2% ABV ~ $11

Ruhstaller Founder’s Blend
Believing that the ‘whole is greater than the sum of its parts’ their
brewing team combined their trademark beers, 1881 Red Ale and Captain Black IPA,
to create a blend celebrating the best of each beer and honoring their founders.
Only 354 cases produced.
6.25%ABV~ $16

Tripel Karmeliet
750ml ~ Brewed with oatd, barley and wheat, Tripel Karmeliet
has soft, full, rich grain character with hints of banana,
vanilla, and a slight, pleasing bubble-gum aroma. A restrained
hop bitterness offers perfect balance and a gentle counterpart
to its substantial maltiness. The carbonation is reminiscent
of a fine Champagne, the result of a secondary fermentation
which takes place in each bottle.
8.0%ABV ~ $18
