Shipping fees are based upon the total weight of all your items ordered to your destination. Most orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. We offer FED EX and USPS for shipping options. All perishable items must be shipped with FED EX. Express packages (FED EX Overnight, 2nd Day Air, Express Saver) are shipped out Monday through Thursday. If you request Express shipping and order after noon Thursday to Sunday your order will not ship until the next business day, usually Monday.

You may return any non-perishable item within 30 days of purchase. Non-perishable items are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving that item to arrange for an exchange or refund.
To return an item you must contact us for return approval at email@example.com or by calling 877-770-6077. Upon return approval you must ship the return to us within 10 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (except in the case of damaged items). Once your item is returned and is delivered to our facility a refund will be issued or exchange sent.
