    Butchering 101 ~ Hunters Special
    Join Taylor's Market Butcher Danny Johnson on Saturday, September 11th at Taylor's Kitchen for a class on how to care for your animal after the harvest. Danny will be demonstrating by cutting up a deer cacass during the class. Tickets are available at Taylor's Market or in the events section on this site

    Oktoberfest Cheese Class
    Taylor's Cheesemonger Felicia Johnson is Hosting and Oktoberfest Beer and Cheese paring class on Saturday, September 25th at Taylor's Kitchen. Participants will pair 3 different beers with 6 different cheeses. Tickets are available for purchase in the store or on www.taylorsmarket.com.

    Don't Be Afraid Of The Cheese ~ Cheese Class
    Have you ever been scared by the looks and smells of some of the cheeses we have available? Now is your chance to try them and learn a little about each of them. Yes, they are scary looking but oh such a friend to your palate. This class is being hosted by our Cheesemonger Felicia Johnson on Saturday, October 16th at Taylor's Kitchen.     Zoe's Meats Now Available in the Meat Department
    Taylor's Meat Department is now carrying Zoe's Meats from Petaluma. Zoe's Meat was founded by two friends who share a commitment to quality, sustainable agriculture and community. They use only the highest quality ingredients, artisnal manufacturing techniques to creat great tasting products. We are featuring Zoe's Ham, Apple Bacon, Finocchiona and Pastrami..

    Time Magazine Article
    Josh Ozersky a James Beard Award winning food writer and author of The Hamburger: A History, wrote an article on home butchering that was featured in Time Magazine. Taylor's Butchering 101 classes were featured in the article. Copies of the issue are available for purchase at Taylor's.

As an optional addition to our Meat and Cheese Tray (see the Deli Tray Menu), we can provide a tray of sandwich condiments (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, mayonnaise and mustard) and dinner rolls.

Sandwich Tray ($6.99/ person)
A variety of Taylor’s Basic sandwiches. All sandwiches include cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, mayonnaise & mustard. Eight sandwiches minimum, please.

Salad Trio
A choice of one hearty entrée salad, choice of a side salad and a mixed greens salad (see choices listed below),

BBQ Buffet
